1. General

1.1 You must be 18 or over and comply with the laws of the place you live. 1.2 These rules form part of our Terms & Conditions. 1.3 Where a rule here conflicts with a sport-specific rule, the sport-specific rule applies.

2. Placing bets

2.1 A bet is placed when you confirm it on the bet slip and it is accepted. 2.2 The liability of every lay bet and the stake of every back bet is reserved from your balance. 2.3 Bets cannot be placed on a suspended market.

3. Suspended markets

3.1 Markets may be suspended at any time, including during breaks in play, after significant events (such as goals or wickets) and for technical reasons. 3.2 Bets submitted while a market is suspended are not accepted.

4. Settlement

4.1 Markets are settled on the official result declared by the relevant governing body at the end of the event. 4.2 Subsequent changes to the result (for example after an appeal) do not affect settlement.

5. Abandoned and postponed events

5.1 If an event is abandoned or postponed and not completed within the period stated in the sport-specific rules, unsettled bets are void and stakes and liabilities are returned. 5.2 Where a market has already been determined (for example a completed innings market), it stands.

6. Sport-specific rules

Cricket

Match Odds for Test and first-class matches include the draw. In limited-overs matches, if there is no official result, Match Odds bets are void. Ties are settled according to the competitionโ€™s rules (e.g. Super Over).

Football

Match Odds are settled on the result after 90 minutes plus stoppage time. Extra time and penalties do not count.

Tennis

If a player retires or is disqualified, settlement follows the stated retirement rule for the market.
