What is the difference between Back and Lay?

How is profit and liability calculated?
For a back bet, your risk is your stake and your profit is stake × (odds − 1). For a lay bet, your profit is the backer’s stake and your liability is stake × (odds − 1). For example, laying ₹100 at 2.50 risks ₹150 to win ₹100.

Why is a market suspended?
Markets are suspended during breaks in play such as half-time in football or stumps, innings breaks and rain delays in cricket. Bets cannot be placed on a suspended market until play resumes.
